Appointment + Cancellation Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments at MCH Aesthetics. Returning clients must maintain a card on file at all times.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward your scheduled service.
Cancellations and reschedule requests require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. If you reschedule within the allowed window, your deposit may be applied toward the new appointment. Rescheduling more than once requires an additional deposit.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not provide prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible. Appointments are scheduled back to back, so arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled start time may be canceled and charged in full.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Facial Services
Please stop all exfoliation, including scrubs, exfoliating acids, and retinol, immediately upon booking so your skin can arrive calm and prepared for treatment.
Waxing Services
Please gently exfoliate approximately 24 hours before your appointment and stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your visit. Avoid alcohol and caffeine during the 24 hours before your appointment, as both can increase skin sensitivity.
Sugaring Services
Please stop exfoliating the treatment area 24 to 48 hours before your appointment and arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions, oils, and deodorant. Stay well hydrated and avoid alcohol and caffeine during the 24 hours before your visit, as both can increase skin sensitivity.
Health + Treatment Information
Please provide complete and accurate information about medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, medical conditions, skincare products, and any changes that could affect treatment safety.
Certain services may need to be modified, postponed, or declined when contraindications are present or when performing the scheduled service would not be appropriate for your skin.
Advanced Treatments
Chemical peels, microchanneling, spicule resurfacing, acne treatments, and other corrective services may require consultation, proper home care, preparation, or a treatment series. Following pre-care and aftercare recommendations is an important part of treatment safety and results.
Service Results + Refunds
Completed services are non-refundable. Results vary by individual and may depend on factors including skin condition, consistency, lifestyle, home care, and adherence to recommended treatment plans.

Children + Guests
MCH Aesthetics is a private treatment studio with limited space. Please avoid bringing additional guests or children unless they are receiving a service or prior arrangements have been made.
Memberships + Packages
Membership and package terms, including billing, rollover, expiration, cancellation requirements, and included benefits, are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Unused or partially used memberships and packages are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
