Do you offer lymphatic drainage massage?
Yes. Lymphatic drainage is built into The Renew, our 90-minute corrective facial, and covers the face, neck, and chest to help reduce puffiness and support cellular renewal.
Which facial should I book?
If you're new here or maintaining results, start with The Reset. If your skin needs deeper correction, extractions, or you want the added lymphatic drainage massage, The Renew is the better fit. Not sure? Book a consultation and we'll assess your skin together before recommending anything.
How do I prepare for a facial?
Come in with a clean face, no makeup if possible. Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, or waxing/sugaring the treatment area for 48 hours before your appointment, and skip heavy sun exposure the day of.
How do memberships work?
Each membership includes one service monthly at a set rate, credited automatically each billing cycle. Unused credits roll over up to 3 months, so a missed month isn't lost. Members also get priority booking, discounts on retail and additional services, and first access to new treatments. A 3-month minimum applies to all tiers.
How is sugaring different from waxing?
Sugaring uses a natural paste made from just sugar, lemon, and water, applied and removed in the direction of hair growth. Because it only grips hair and dead skin rather than live cells, it causes less trauma than wax, with less redness and irritation, and it naturally exfoliates as it works, which helps prevent ingrown hairs over time.
Can I get a facial after Botox or filler?
Wait at least 2 weeks after Botox and filler before booking a facial, especially anything involving extractions, peels, or microchanneling, to avoid disrupting results or placement. If you're unsure of timing, tell us when you book and we'll help you plan around it.
Can I book a facial and sugaring appointment on the same day?
Yes. Facial and sugaring services can be scheduled together, making it easy to take care of both your skin and hair-removal needs in one visit.
